Hold the button for 3 seconds to activate and deactivate. There are two heat settings:
• Yellow light: ~40–45°C (Low)
• Red light: ~53–58°C (High)
Press again to toggle between them.

• Charge via the USB-C port at the back using the included cable.
• Once charged, you can plug your phone into the output port for charging.

The handle is ergonomic but has a nice wrist strap to keep it secure. The on/off button is easy to use and well placed, as is the leash lock. The presentation is also great - it comes in a nice box with a well-written manual, though it is pretty easy to figure out how to operate. Lastly, it's pretty. This would make a great gift for someone with a small dog (35lbs or under) that's committed to walking them in the cold.

The length is perfect for my little 14 pound chiweenie he did great for it being his first retractable leash so the button was a bit of a learning curve to get it to unlock that was just my user error but ive got it. I definitely recommend this leash im happy with it!

Why is there a power bank, you ask? Believe it or not, the handle is heated! And it really works! Once your hands are toasty warm, you can use the power bank to charge your phone. The modern, ergonomic design of this retractable leash is very comfortable. I especially like the hands-free wrist sling. This is the perfect gift for the dog lover that thinks they have everything.

I really wanted to it but…
I wanted to love this but the wrist strap is a negative for me. If your dog were to be a puller it could cause injury to the owner because it does not slip off easily

I do love the heating feature, but the shape of the handle is very awkward. I would definitely recommend this to someone who is city living with a smaller dog, or an exceptionally well trained larger dog.
