Anti-slide discs come off

The bottom of this pillow is covered in hundreds of approximately 1/6" diameter anti-slide discs, but unfortunately they easily come off the pillow. We have found

The bottom of this pillow is covered in hundreds of approximately 1/6" diameter anti-slide discs, but unfortunately they easily come off the pillow. We have found them on the carpet, our socks, on sheets, under couch cushions, in the dryer vent, and on people, and we don't even know how they got to some of these places in the house. At first I thought there was a huge insect infestation in seeing these discs everywhere. Until this issue is fixed, I would not recommend this dog bed.
