Too hard on impact
By Brigitte on Mar 1, 2021
Got these for my small dog as she was having spine inflammation and is no longer able to jump . Inflammation went down before I got these. We have soft stairs in the home and my dog has no problem with them . These are very hard as in no cushioning so the impact is hard going up and down . My dog soon developed pain again . Took the stairs away and within a few days she felt better . I will be reordering a cushioned stair and donating this one . Chewy is so wonderful about working with you on these issues . I love the company . The stairs are sturdy , it was well packaged , arrived quickly and looked nice but for a dog with spinal issues you may want something softer on impact .

Great Stairs
By Alli on Dec 17, 2020
These dog and cat stairs are made very sturdy. My 19 year old son tried them out while trying to get our little guy to use them. Height is just perfect for my little old man. He is 12 years old and suffers from arthritis in his joints and he has multiple tumors. I purchased these stairs in hopes that he would use these instead of having to jump onto the furniture, or me having to pick him up every time he wanted to get onto my bed. Even though I think they are great, he refuses to use them. He's scared of them. I have tried everything to get him to use the stairs, but, he refuses. I do, however, personally recommend the Majestic Villa dog and cat stairs.

Perfect for 7 pound Matipoo to go up and down
By RKay on Dec 2, 2020
I looked and looked for the best dog stairs. It’s important to measure the height of the bed or sofa to determine if the dog stairs meet that height at approximately the same height. I also considered how wide and deep the steps were. This 4 step was perfect for my 7 pound Maltipoo. The steps are made of a heavy duty cardboard which could carry the weight of my 30 pound grandson when he wanted to try the stairs. The top cover is a furry white Sherpa which gives my dog the grip she needs when she goes up and down. These stairs have a zipper to take off outside cover as well as another zippered interior case that covers the heavy duty cardboard stairs. Very lightweight and easy to move from place I looked and looked for the best dog stairs. Misleading advertising
By Stairs on Feb 2, 2021
I was expecting a dense foam inside but it was cardboard that was popping and cracking as I picked it up and moved it to my bedroom. The cover is nice but that’s about it. Don’t waste your money

Not as expected
By LR2020 on Nov 28, 2020
I purchased the steps after reading the description showing it was cotton and polyester and assuming it was high density foam covered with fabric. The fabric cover is nice but I was surprised to see the steps were cardboard. Def not what I expected for the price. Also, I do not feel these are appropriate for large dogs due to the cardboard and narrow steps. They are being returned.

Flimsy cardboard
By ProfKC on Dec 18, 2020
Flimsy and the Pyrenees won’t use it... :(. The dog is 80 pounds and just had surgery. Tried to teach him to use it beforehand but he would not. Now I'm trying to figure out how to return it.

steps for the dog
By Kathy on Oct 16, 2020
they are not as large as I had hoped but they do work. the paw area is large enough for my dogs to step, very light weight easy to move around and so far they have not moved it. They arrived promptly and no damage to the package, I will continue to use them

Majestic pet
By Warrior on Oct 11, 2020
Too narrow and dog hates it! Light weight so will probably not stay in place for dog either. Probably good for tiny dog. It says it holds 250 pounds so I thought ok for big dog but it is not.
