Disappointed!

The steps are not defined. It is more like a ramp and it is crooked. I am somewhat disappointed in that it is more like a ramp than steps and it is wobbly. Frankie

The steps are not defined. It is more like a ramp and it is crooked. I am somewhat disappointed in that it is more like a ramp than steps and it is wobbly. Frankie is reluctant to use it because it moves when she is on it and it is steep. We are trying to train her to use the ramp but so far she is not interested because of the wobbliness of it. Also, the cover does not fit tightly against the foam and is loose. It came with the cover already on and To me it looks as if I received an item that someone else returned and at the price I paid I do not feel happy about this. Initially I thought it would fill in as the foam expanded but it never did. I am afraid I would not recommend these steps
