The light pods out came with are really bright and look great. The brown paper comes off easily if you slide the plastic cover off the light and then peel with brown

Acquired a NOS Perfect-A-Light hood and florescent light 2 years ago. Got around to setting up this new aqua. I changed out the florescent with this new LED. I purchased and added a few extra light pods with this. The lighting is better than I imagined. Plant grown and fish health perfect. With the replacement florescent bulbs being phased out, and extremely hard to find, this was a smart and economic lighting upgrade.

The light came with a brown sticky paper on the bottom, where the light has to show through. This paper does NOT come off! I tried everything, even soaked it for days. CHEWY, being the awesome company they are, refunded my money, but as it is NOT their fault I called the company. The guy could NOT be any more rude, he was completely dismissive and basically just told me too bad. I will ALWAYS use Chewy, but will NEVER order another thing from this marine lad company.
