To the people to say "ferrets don't need a bath" Your kinda wrong you should bathe your ferret at least once a month and you should either change their diet or bathe them, it's not bad to bathe your Ferret I recommend this product but If you just want to use normal water, that's perfectly fine, Thank you.
Smores, our bunny, had developed a yellow stain on his tummy and smelled like his litter box when we picked him up for cuddles. We were unsure how to safely clean him. Then we found this product and decided to give it a try. The difference is amazing! He went from stained and stinky to clean and fluffy in a matter of minutes! No stress, no problems. This easy to use, effective product allowed us to clean him without hurting him or scaring him. I pumped it onto a baby bath mitten and simply petted him with it massaging it into his fur. It was a bit sticky immediately after application but a quick towel dry fixed him right up! Now he smells like a pina colada drink and is fluffy soft to cuddle! Thank you Chewy!
this shampoo has been a lifesaver for us! if you’re a fellow ferret owner you know that we can only give our carpetsharks water baths once every few months. when my younger ferrets get smelly or dirty this shampoo helps cover up their stank! i love the scent to it and they do too!
Don't water bathe your hamster. Get them a sand bath!
This is a great alternative to a bath for our ferret and I love the smell.
I tried a couple times but my hamsters hate it. I tried to use a small spoolie brush and it kinda worked. U can’t use too much or their fur gets wet, dark and clumps together. I used it twice and I never tried again since my hamsters hate it so I use a dust bath now
I used this for my little robo who's had a yellowish rump ever since I got her (she's supposed to be white there) I applied the shampoo, followed the instructions, and wow! She came out white!
Ferrets should not be bathed. If they do get a bath, you should NOT be using shampoos - even this waterless shampoo. Instead of this, put them in a bath with oats in a sock of nylon so that the water gets milky looking. This helps their skin. If your ferret smells bad, change it’s diet. Don’t assume it’s because they need a bath.
This stuff does smell absolutely amazing, I love my ratto girls smelling so fruity. My only thing is that even though I love the idea of not having to actually bathe them, it’s not as easily applied as it’s made to seem. I have trouble getting my rats all the way clean, I take a pump and run it al over my hands and then just grab them and rub it in but as many times as I’ve practiced it seems that just their back gets a whole mess of this stuff and it does just “wipe off” with a towel, I do my best to get most of it out of their hair but sometimes they have hard spots where it dried but then I just again take a towel and rub them and it goes away. Just wish it was a little easier to apply.
