Self cleaning not effective

I was hoping to find a smaller size brush that self cleans as efficiently as the Hertzko brand. This Master Grooming Tool brush does not push the hair all the way

I was hoping to find a smaller size brush that self cleans as efficiently as the Hertzko brand. This Master Grooming Tool brush does not push the hair all the way out and you still have to rake your finger tips over the bristles or use a comb to release the hair. I do like the side but will not buy again

This is the second one I purchased and it is awful

My 5-year-old boy Louie ate my first one because he reverts to behaving like a puppy when he’s around bad influences. hehe. Anyway, the one he ate was great.

My 5-year-old boy Louie ate my first one because he reverts to behaving like a puppy when he’s around bad influences. hehe. Anyway, the one he ate was great. No issues at all. I had it for over a year and used it often. This second one’s button apparatus fell apart during the first use. If that wasn’t bad enough it is difficult to push the button to get the plastic wall thing moving to remove the fur from the pins. The plastic wall thing moves around instead of simply moving forward which causes friction and difficulty getting the job done. When the thing moves back into place it bends some of the pins. This brush is awful. I highly recommend the Evolution Self-Cleaning Dog Slicker Brush, Medium-Large that Chewy sells. Luckily I bought it at the same time in case this one was terrible. The Evolution one is PERFECT.
