Instructions
Wipe with damp cloth, vacuum with brush vacuum and remove stains with a dry foam cleaner. Do not use liquid detergents. Cushions can be machine washed with NO DETERGENT on the coldest setting, then placed in the dryer (check every minute). Once dried, the fibers inside the cushion need to be manually stretched back to its original shape.

I do think the price was a little high, but well worth it in the end. It was easy to put together. I would definitely recommend it.

It is well worth the extra cost over any other piece of cat furniture that we have seen or owned.

Unstable top trunk
I love this design- the screws that connect the base trunk with the top level trunk is very wobbly and it was impossible to tighten- the top trunk fell a couple
I love this design- the screws that connect the base trunk with the top level trunk is very wobbly and it was impossible to tighten- the top trunk fell a couple times And is quite dangerous. They sent me 3-4 replacement trunks and none of them were stable and fit well into the base trunk. I am tossing it and looking for another one. I appreciate their trying to fix this, however the only fix I see is if they made the trunk ONE solid piece.

This cat tree was extremely easy to put together and a major upgrade from my previous one. It blends in with my other furniture and after a few hesitation sniffs, both my cats abandoned sleeping with me at night for the tree. They are both rather hefty at around 15lbs each and the tree was perfectly stable. I like that the cushions are easy to remove and throw in the wash, since I'm sure they will accumulate lots of fur.

I didn't buy this from Chewy but moving from NY to FL I pre-set the new house so my cats would acclimate easier. This tree was a hit and good looking. It only lasted a year, it literally snapped in the middle above the connection part and could not be repaired. I have 4 cats, 2 are over 15 lbs. It wasn't worth the price for one year.
