Instructions
You may feel that the odor has not disappeared on the first day of use. Wait 2-3 days slowly, and you will find that the effect is completely different. For better odor control, place the deodorizer in your litter box or make sure it's close to the box. When cleaning the litter box every month, you can take out the cat litter deodorizer and charge it. This little gadget that is stuck to my bathroom wall totally eliminated that 'hang in the air' smell if CAT! You know, that ugly urine smell that everyone notices but you. It's gone. That little round disc has made a HUGE difference in my home, and in guests when they realize I still have my cats, but not the odor that comes with. I did everything to keep the odor down. Clean litter every day (that got to be pretty expensive with 3 cats.), scrubbing the boxes 2-3 times a week, disposable litter boxes (also costly). BUT, finally something that actually works. I'm considering one more for myself and 2 for my friend. Absolutely recommend this handy dandy little disc to anyone who has a pet. Thanks, Chewy.

Surprised How Well This Works

I use the top-of-the-line PetSafe self cleaning litter box with their crystal litter, however, there’s no getting away from the smell when you have 2 cats in a small 1 story condo. I decided to spend the money and try out this little gadget. I placed it inside the hood of the litter box. It’s been almost 2 weeks, and I am amazed at how well it works! My male cat, for whatever reason, does not cover his poop when he goes!! He just let it sit on top of the litter, so of course, it smells awful. This morning I just walked over to the litter box and I had no idea he had gone to the bathroom. I only know because I actually looked. It did not smell - which is shocking to me. Usually I start to notice the litter box in general smelling about five days after I switch out the Petsafe litter. It’s been over a week, and I’m not bothered. This product works!

Alright, I’m back after about four months of use and pleased to report this device is still functioning. It’s no miracle worker but if I had to chose between investing

It’s no miracle worker but if I had to chose between investing or not having this filter, I would buy it again. Very helpful because the cat box is right by the door plus our apartment is roughly the size of a shoebox.
Doesn't work
I don't notice a difference at all. Seems to light up and knows when the cats have been in/out, but it doesn't help with odor.

I saw another person's review on here stating that this thing worked. I'm always looking for the next best thing to control litter box odor better. I was fairly skeptical but it's been a couple of weeks and I'm pretty amazed by how much it lessened the litter box odor. I wouldn't say it's completely vanished but I definitely don't notice it as much anymore. When I received it, it was already "on" so I was a little confused about why or if I needed to do something. It was all ready to go and so far it's been amazing!
