Full of Bugs

I thought it was strange that a couple of maggots were wiggling around outside the bag last night. I went to open it this morning, and black flies and white flies

I thought it was strange that a couple of maggots were wiggling around outside the bag last night. I went to open it this morning, and black flies and white flies came out of it. The seeds were full of holes. I have to throw out the whole 17 lb bag. I'm really surprised Chewy would let this happen.
