Disappointed

The colors and modes are awesome, but this collar doesn't work at all in the cold. It will get stuck on one color and then turn off within 5 minutes of being outside

The colors and modes are awesome, but this collar doesn't work at all in the cold. It will get stuck on one color and then turn off within 5 minutes of being outside. Super disappointed since it seemed so awesome when I first unboxed it.

This seriously might be the coolest dog collar ever! Its ultra-bright LEDs are visible even in direct sunlight, ensuring my dog’s safety during daytime walks. The app worked flawlessly on my iphone, it lets me dim dim the LED's perfectly for nighttime use. It has multiple modes (steady, slow flash, fast flash, chase mode, etc). The collar itself feels durable, it is soft neoprene like material and feels like it would be comfortable for my dog. Init is USB-C-rechargeable, battery life seem to be good. I do wish the charging port cover was a silicone plug rather than a sliding plastic door but so far it seems fine. Did I mention I love this collar??

Not worth it.

I ordered this and tried to pair it to my phone & it wouldnt work no matter what I did, even after troubleshooting it several times. SO, I contacted customer support
