No question item itself was exactly what Koda and I needed, but what stood out most to me from this purchase was Chewy’s superb customer service. The lithium battery somehow just did not recharge after only being used for at most a total of 24 hrs. Chewy understood my pet parent concern and sent a replacement free asap. Thank you, Chewy!

It clicks in place and even has a feature to lock the latch. I am very happy with this purchase as I do a lot of walking at night.
