Terrible experience with last Chewy order.

I called Chewy but got someone who wanted to CHARGE ME $5 TO COMPLAIN about the crushed wet cat food cans. I have ordered from Chewy for many years for other cats

I called Chewy but got someone who wanted to CHARGE ME $5 TO COMPLAIN about the crushed wet cat food cans. I have ordered from Chewy for many years for other cats and dogs. Our last dog died two years ago, but we still have 15 cats (rescues). What has happened at Chewy? Has it been sold? It appears that this order was shipped from Salisbury, NC. Unless this matter is corrected, I will no longer order from Chewy and will let some of my friends with animals know what happened.

Great price and easy to open!

This make my indoor cats sick ( my older 2 have sensitive stomachs unfortunately) but I use it for my outdoor crew as I don't have much of an income but I have gained

This make my indoor cats sick ( my older 2 have sensitive stomachs unfortunately) but I use it for my outdoor crew as I don't have much of an income but I have gained the trust of a few ferals and I refuse to see them go hungry or digging in trash. I can't always give them the best but I always make sure they have a meal mid morning and evening/night

Hi Chewy family, well, I'm narrowing down the foods my fur babies like. Pretty much got it down. It's funny how picky felines can be, the little stinkers. Haha,

Hi Chewy family, well, I'm narrowing down the foods my fur babies like. Pretty much got it down. It's funny how picky felines can be, the little stinkers. Haha, still love 'em. FYI, some of those foods I purchased that they weren't too pleased to eat, I took them to my closest PAWS establishment. I also had some small blanket throws they were just lying around. They say also they can find a use for the exercise wheel. There were a bunch of kittens there that I'm sure would enjoy that. I'll take that over this week. I thank you for the credits, would have preferred them to use the items but I guess you can't please them all.
