Is this dog food contain mercury and ethoxyquin?

Merrick's salmon and tuna varieties have been tested and the results are well below the allowable level of mercury. The maximum level of mercury allowed in all seafood is 1 ppm. None of their products contain ethoxyquin.
Does this food contain any chicken, beef, pork? My dog is allergic to all of these items. Thanks.
