crumble mess
Cats seem to be okay with it but like other reviews have stated it basically becomes dust.. which the cats aren't exactly eating. Gonna get a different "flavor" maybe?
It must taste like sawdust!
My two cats won't touch this food. I thought they would like this Merrick product, but they do not. They say, "Ptooey!"
Real Hit in our house
Our 3 boys love this food. Used Taste of the wild before. The boys didn’t seem to like it any more but Merrick’s, both wet and dry food is a real hit for our cats.
Crumbly dust
I have been purchasing this brand for years and the last 3 orders were loaded with crumbly powder. I have tried different size bags, formulas but no resolution.
Five cats and no one liked it
I won't know until I try. I bought this to offer my cats a change, something different. Five cats and no one ate it. After a week I threw it out to the birds. My cats didn't like it but the product is still on the market, someone's cats like this - not mine.
it’s basically crumbs
Really disappointed. I knew the pieces were going to be small based on the picture and I was okay with that because I knew my cats would like it. What I didn’t know was that 50%+ of those small pieces were going to be broken and leave me with half the bag being crumbs. My cats won’t eat the crumbs unless it’s the absolute last thing in the bowl and it sits like that for hours. I also was led to believe this came in a resealable bag and it does not.
Cat kibble
My 5 seem to really like this. This is my first purchase as another type of Merrick was discontinued. This seemed like a close substitute. They all seem to be doing well. I also feed them a high quality canned cat food as well. One of my cats also likes rabbit.
Not A Hit!
I have multi cats and not one of them liked this food!
Good ingredients!
I received this product for free in exchange for my review. These are my unbiased thoughts. I have two cats Xena who is picky and wont even eat treats and Ty who will eat anything not sealed away. Xena was very interested at first but ultimately decided she didn't like it. I tried slowly mixing it in with her regular food but no luck. Ty will be enjoying the rest. As a cat mom I do like the ingredients and want whats best for my fur babies.
Good cat food
I received this product for free for testing purposes. The cat's been eating it for a week. She seems to love it. Every time we pour it she comes right to it to eat. I love that the ingredients are natural, it makes me feel safe to feed it to my cat as this is my first time trying this. The back of the bag has a lot of information and you can also check their website if you want to read more on it. Only drawback, my husband complains it has a fishy smell (which maybe cause its the Salmon flavor on it). If you can get past that then I would recommend since its a really good cat food.
