Very upset
So much for Made in America for quality. Tried it today, on/off switch doesn't work. It just stays on "high" all the time. Love Chewy, though, sending it back.
Great dryer
Needed something small yet strong and easy to travel with, it's perfect
Great Product
This is a great product. I own two and love it! My sheltie has an undercoat and sheds. This is awesome with a nozzle to blow out the undercoat even between baths.
Never again!
Hose got holes and fell apart in no time! Switch quit working! All within the first 8 months! Contacted manufacturer and they gave me the run around asked for photos and I sent them and never heard back!
Sprayed black residue on white dog
Highly disappointed with this product and have returned it. Bought this to properly dry my white, fluffy samoyed puppy in a reasonable amount of time and on the first use it sprayed a black residue from the hosing onto my dog. My puppy now has a giant black spot on their back that even after 2 more washes is not completely gone. If you want to use and care about your dog's fur at least get a different hose that isn't made of rubber and doesn't have a black, sticky residue in it.
Awesome machine
My mom is a groomer, and I got tired of borrowing her force dryer, of which she has had for 15 years and still works great! So I got this exact force dryer that she has, except mine is purple. Works great for drying my double coated czech shepherd and also works great for just blowing out her coat during shedding season..would definitely recommend doing that part outside unless you want a fur storm lol.
powerful and sturdy
I was astonished how much power this machine had and I am definitely glad it is metal rather than plastic. It was knocked off the table the very first time I used it, no damage. Like the attachments. Only complaint--=it is incredibly loud.
okay quality
Loved this product at first but shortly after purchasing the knob/switch stopped working so its stuck at the same power.
Quiet & Powerful
Love this dryer. Have had the orange one for over 10 years and it was my 2nd one (1st lasted about 10 yrs). I love the new green color. So happy with how much quieter this one is compared to my last too so they have made some improvements and it feels a bit lighter as well. I use this dryer to groom my show dachshunds and Norwegian Buhund so it travels with me as well. Thanks on the super fast shipping as I needed it for a show.
Just what I was looking for
I have 2 Gsds, aka German shedders, have only had for a little over a week but very pleased. I use to blow off dirt, extra hair, coats in rainy weather. Seems well made and durable. My dogs actually compete to get under the nozzle, no fear but they do go to the groomer a couple times a year and have been exposed to the professional dryers I found this dryer on multiple sites for the same price but I ordered from Chewey due to their phenomenal customer service, knowing if I wasn't happy with this product that they would make it right.
