is it worth it?

I purchased this in one 2023 Used it once a month to groom my 2 poms. However , 2024 was not feeling well and so poms went to pets to eb groomed. The unit came on

I purchased this in one 2023 Used it once a month to groom my 2 poms. However , 2024 was not feeling well and so poms went to pets to eb groomed. The unit came on by itself ( for ho ling? as it is on a romo dedicated to grooming my poms and their supplies ) Then, there is no longer any heat. Returned to them, under warranty for 5 years. Has to pay for shipping as it is oer 1 month. They changed the motor and switch but when it was returned, the very next day, came on again . So, I demanded a new unit at their cost for shipping
