I have this mat in black. When I first ordered it, I received a brown mat. Contacted chewy and received the proper replacement, no problem. When the time came and
I have this mat in black. When I first ordered it, I received a brown mat. Contacted chewy and received the proper replacement, no problem. When the time came and I wanted to order another one for my new puppy, I figured I would try to get a matching one. I ordered the same mat in black. I received a brown one with cats on it. Contacted Chewy again to process a replacement AGAIN and received a SECOND BROWN ONE. These mats are clearly labeled with the colors and style right on it. Whoever is doing packaging for Chewy really sucks at their job. I just gave up on receiving a black one and am now stuck with two brown mats, one of which has cats on it… at least I was able to get a refund, but would really like to have my matching black mat. Instead I now have to purchase totally different mats since whoever is packaging must be color blind and illiterate. Good luck if you try to order!

I love my Miaustore dishes…. Perfect size, I ordered 2 of cobalt blue for my 16 lb Ragdoll cat Leo. He’s a very messy eater…. I put 1/4 of a small can of wet food on the dish and add some hot water, cut up the pate a bit and it’s all gone and no more mess! So easy to clean, can go in dishwasher too! I have 2 of the fountains too! NO FILTERS to buy! I love it…. Easy to clean and once you have assembled it a few times and cleaned out the motor….. nothing to it! I’m 74 and have arthritis so I clean one piece at a time. My boy had a problem with constipation… trips to vet to have enemas and be re-hydrated…… no more! Best fountain on the market and no plastic…..ALL ceramic! 10 stars!

I really don't know what's going on with Chewy at the moment, i don't recognize their ineptitude and lack of responsible behavior I have been waiting on this mat
I really don't know what's going on with Chewy at the moment, i don't recognize their ineptitude and lack of responsible behavior I have been waiting on this mat delivery for almost, if not a month I have notified several people at Chewy, by phone calls, and email in regards to this matter to no avail Chewy has sent me three very tiny black mats that's not the turquoise mat shown I'm extremely unhappy, and upset with Chewy that my email about this matter have gone unnoticed and unanswered This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially after speaking with so many supervisors, one of whom promised to reach out to me and follow up with this matter, but she never did Asking that this information be sent to the highest level hasn't worked either! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
