does your product remove/kill black algae

Algaway 5.4 works on any single celled algae, green water, string algae, black algae, et cetera.

Is this product safe to use for duck pond?

This Algaecide is safe for duck ponds, however, it is recommended to use the Pond Microbe-Lift/AlgAway 5.4 product. You will need to know the volume of the pond. The dosage of either product will be determined by the volume being treated.

Is this harmful to invertebrates?

This will not harm fish or live ornamental plants. It is not safe for use with snails, shrimp and other crustaceans or mollusks.

Is this produce Pet safe? Dogs,cats ect.

The Algaway 5.4 is not harmful to animals and pets that might drink from the pond or aquarium. There is always the outside chance that your pet could be allergic to some of the chemicals involved, however so we cannot guarantee every pet will be safe. To guard against the chance, wait 3 days after adding the algaecide to the pond or aquarium.

Takes care of Black Beard Algae.

After several consecutive doses, most of my infestation of black beard algae is gone with no harm to the fish.

Effective

This performed very well in my planted 330g tank for the removal of brown hair algae. I have another tank with Black beard and I'm going to test it's effectiveness

Did nothing for algae control

Usually use aqi but thought maybe this one would work better. Actually seemed to promote algae and now have a bacterial bloom. No other changes to tank.
