The Large Fountain Clear will not prevent mosquitoes from developing in the water. It is recommended to use the Microbe-Lift Biological Mosquito Control with the Microbe-Lift Large Fountain Clear Solution. The BMC is completely biological, compatible with other biological products, and safe for birds, plants, pets, etc.

Start with a clean fountain surface. If the fountain is dirty, clean it with Microbe-Lift Birdbath & Statuary Cleaner - a natural, 100% bio-degradable, soy-based cleaner that works symbiotically with Microbe-Lift Large Fountain Clear Solution. Rinse. Repeat if necessary. For Treatment, pour 1 capful directly into the water for every 100 gallons (378 Liters). Safe for all finishes.
