Can this be used to remove algae from a plastic horse trough ?

This cleaner is formulated to oxidize and detoxify ponds, streams and waterfalls.
Can you use this while fish, tadpoles and frogs are in the water? If so, what is the max amount one should use?

This product can definitely be used with fish, frogs and tadpoles in the water. However, it is recommended that it be used on the rocks and waterfall surrounding the pond rather than added directly to the pond water itself. If used to clean the waterfall, for instance, it can be sprinkled onto the areas to be cleaned once weekly, with the water turned off for 20-30 minutes. When the 20-30 minutes time is up, turn the water back on and the waterfall or rocks should wash clean. Sometimes with heavy buildup it takes a second cleaning the next week to effectively clean the surface areas. It can also be used in the same way for shallow streams.
