This topical is the only heartworm preventative that my small miniature pinscher can tolerate. He would throw up if given any of the oral preventatives. I tried several different oral brands and they all make him sick. The Midamox topical is perfect for him. It's easy to apply and it works! Thank you Chewy for selling it for less than my veterinarian.
