The cushions are not removable. For cat tree care; spot clean soiled areas w/ mild detergent or soap. Blot rinse and air dry.

Great cat tree

My cat (Copper) and I both love this cat tree. I was concerned about the water hyacinth material being appealing to scratch (I learned this from another review here)

My cat (Copper) and I both love this cat tree. I was concerned about the water hyacinth material being appealing to scratch (I learned this from another review here) so I actually reupholstered everything. He initially tried to scratch the inside of the cubby, which isn't covered, but I think he stopped because he really loves to scratch sisal poles which are in abundance on this tree. It is very heavy and I had to take pieces out of the box to get it inside my previous apartment (3rd floor). The assembly wasn't too hard and took maybe 30 minutes. The heaviness is actually a bonus in another way, which is that it won't get knocked over. I specifically looked for this trait because Copper's last tree was really wobbly and it fell over about 5 times during the year we had it. He didn't get hurt but it was scary and he could have. This tree hardly budges when he energetically bounds up to the top. He loves to sit on the top bunk and look out the window. Overall I'm really happy with this and I hope the sisal poles hold up to 5x/day scratching (another problem we had with the last one!)

Regret Purchase

This condo was a huge regret purchase for me. My three cats love condos and I purchased this one for my home office. The top basket moves a bit no matter how much it is tightened down and my cats refused to climb into it once they felt it move (none of my cats are large or overweight). In addition, the two light beige pads for the baskets are pathetically thin, not thick and padded as they appear in the photos (the dark pad was okay). After a few weeks I ended up donating the almost new condo to my local animal shelter. Lesson learned. I wish I would have returned it when I still had the box.

Good but wicker

My cats love it. However the cats have destroyed the wicker house by clawing it. Is there a replacement part for this because they love it.

Even more attractive in person! Simple assembly. Very sturdy for 3 indoor cats, all 3 fit in the spacious cubby together. Almost 1 year in and it still appears new. One newly adopted kitten (teething) recently managed to fray the rattan around the cubby entrance which, hopefully, can be repaired later. Definitely recommend this beautiful thing!

Cat parents will also find this cat tree fits right in with any room décor. The fabric on the upper and lower wicker cat beds has a lovely, soft, warm pattern; the wicker makes this cat tree all the more lovely. Having SIX strictly indoor feline furbabies ages 15 y/o - 3 y/o I rescued off the streets as wee kittens over the past 15+ years, cat trees are a 'must'.

kids love it

I originally purchased this from chewy but it became unavailable. I picked one up from my local pet store which was conveniently put together and a few bucks less

I originally purchased this from chewy but it became unavailable. I picked one up from my local pet store which was conveniently put together and a few bucks less. The cats love it! I shoved a heating pad in the bottom cubby and they live in there. My 5 year old cats play with the balls that dangle and all 3 use the scratch post at bottom. I've purchased other trees that were ignored and donated. This tree was a win though!
