I absolutely love this habitat and so do my guineas. I have 2 guinea pigs and its the perfect size for them with plenty of space to run around and a seperate feeding/pooping area, even with 2 hides in there. The bottom fabric material is very durable and doesnt leak any "moisture". The guineas also dont seem to be interested in chewing it so thats a plus. I do like that you can fold up the wire lid sections at a time or remove entirely very easily by my 7 yr old but still has latches to keep it on when dogs get too curious. Although I do wish that each lid section could be fully removed instead of just folded over or having tonremove the entire lid.

I just wanted to say that I've tried several different cages to spoil my guinea pig. This is the first one that is actually easier to clean keeps him clean which means fewer baths which is better so they don't catch a cold. But it is extremely roomie easy to assemble clean and you can also add on. He's so much more happier because it's a proven fact the guinea pigs like to run instead of having cages with steps. I would definitely recommend this!

We purchased this cage because it's larger than our previous cage and would give our guinea pig more room. She loves it! Even at almost 6 years old, our little piggy was running around doing "happy hops" around the cage when she first moved in. She is so happy with her new home and enjoys running over the ramp and all her extra space. I'm so happy we bought this!
Nice lil habitat

This is the first habitat for my piggies I've purchased, and we all love it. Its spacious enough, the size of a bath towel (therefore easy to lay fleece bedding and towel padding), and oddly enough the pigs actually like the ramp! They'll get the zoomies and run up and down it constantly.
The quality is great, the canvas is very durable. The bars haven't had any chipping yet from chewing. The habitat fits perfectly on a four foot table, which is great to still have floor space for storage. If ever need be, i will be purchasing a new one of replacement parts when it finally gives out.
Not Thrilled But It'll Do

I did read a few reviews where people weren't happy about how loose the corners and connecting pieces are, making it very wobbly overall, even with the bottom attached. It's not the worse habitat, I assume, but could definitely be better. You probably would want to be very careful with animals small enough to fit through the bars and excess openings.
Had a problem but its okay

My cage came and the cage box was ripped and the cage was dented but I talked to customer service they were going to send a free replacement but to my luck they were out of stock but I got a refund the cage is a good size and my Guinea pigs seem to like it it's just dented in some places but chewy employees were nice and very helpful
It's okay for temporary use
on Jan 12, 2021
I ordered this cage around a few months ago for my two guinea pigs. It was easy to assemble and is a good size. My guinea pigs easily learned how to use the side doors for when its time to come out and run around. However, the cage is flimsy, it does not stay together and is hard to move. The canvas bottom is not durable. I have my guinea pigs on fleece bedding that they will occasionally get under and pee on the bottom. The bottom absorbs the smell and no washing gets it out, it stains horribly, and after only a few months the bottom is now starting to leak if any liquid gets on it. I have ordered a new bottom until I can get a new cage. It's okay only for temporary use.
Best habitat I have used
on Feb 2, 2021
I have been using these for 8 years. At one time I had 5 connected together. The ramps are great, they do get chewed on and have to be replaced but that’s fine. They are a bit wobbly at the connections but, I put black zip ties there and made it more stable. I would not use anything else!
One of the bigger cages
on Jan 17, 2021
A little smaller than what is stated. It would be better if it was constructed with a hard bottom instead of canvas. It would make the cage more sturdy and easier to clean. A major plus for me is that I can connect more cages. I have two connected (with plans on adding more) for now for my 5 guinea pigs which is more room than their old bunny house.

We bought one of my Grandsons 2 guinea pigs for Christmas and this cage or kennel was the closest to what was recommended when there is more than 1 guinea pig to be housed in the same environment. I did quite a lot of research online, the product had good reviews, including Amazon, and Chewy offered the best deal. It turns out to be a very good choice and my Grandson is very happy with what he got, and total investment including the Guinea Pigs was still under $200.
