Is there a chemical scent?

There should not be a chemical scent to the Midwest Lily Flower 25.48-in Faux-Fur Cat Tree. There may be a scent from the sisal rope used on the scratching post on the cat furniture. All of the Midwest products are tested and are non-toxic.

This cat tree is perfect for a lot of reasons. It’s a great decor piece, it’s still neutral to match anything, it provides two different sitting options, and has a scratching post all while remaining a decent space saver. The design and color pulled me in but the fact our cat could sprawl out on the flower was really what sealed the deal. So many cat trees have a smaller weight limit and bed area. This one was fairly wide and still a great price point. It allows for our cat to stretch and look out or curl up on the bottom bed. He likes both but he’s been really loving sprawling, which has not been an option until now. If you have a longer cat or a heavier cat, this can be a great option!

Beckham is a large/long cat. It’s hard to find products that fit him. He likes the top platform of this tree. Lower one is too small for him.
