Fits Perfect
I bought my original cage 2nd hand, and it unfortunately didn't come with a second pan. This one fit beautiful on my ferret nation. It's exactly the same as my other hanging shelf and the ferrets love having the extra level!
Fits my cage perfectly, easy to install
This is the exact same shelf as the ones that came with my cage. The metal frame holds the plastic shelf/tray. The frame hooks to the cage easily. Takes a few seconds to put it in. My rats are old men now and have hind leg degeneration. The shelves that came with the cage made the levels too far apart, so the ramp between the levels are too steep for my old guys. I bought two extra shelves to give my rats extra room to roam and put the shelves closer together. They are absolutely thrilled to have the extra room and I’m so happy to see them happy. So much more room to burrow. The shelves are also so easy to remove. I clean them every other day and these shelves don’t need to be screwed in and out every time. The only down side about this is the shelves weren’t available for months. I couldn’t find them anywhere. So my rats won’t be able to enjoy them for too much longer but whatever time they have left will be better with these.

Everything was as shown. I didn't use it for a MidWest cage, but the measurements were accurate enough that it did fit the cage I wanted it for.
There's a reason it's on sale
Got this as a backup for my CN cage but it's not well made at all. It doesn't sit flush with the cage, the plastic tray doesn't fit on the shelf like the original one. I'd rather use my old one, or none at all, then put this in my cage.
Fits Perfect
We love our double ferret nation cage and this replacement part fit perfectly.
New ones are terrible
These new ones are cheaply made and the plastic top does not line up with the metal frame. The plastic liner is just a tad bit too small to properly lay flat and snap in place. I ordered four as replacements, and none of them work.

The shelves fit perfectly in my Critter Nation. Chew did send me replacement pans as my first order was broken.

MidWest Shelf tray construction questionable
Tray is laying on top — not attached to, the frame and does not snap in place. So, it slides off frame easily. Also, it — the frame had depth to it making it ill fitted for my ferret nation cage that holds Chinchillas.
