Literally everything wrong with it.
Absolutely nothing about this little hideout works. It was impossible to put together, it took me months just to get it together because I had to wait for someone to have time to help me. It doesn’t fit correctly in the box part of the cage it came with, the wood feels cheap and like it could splinter very easily, and when attached to the main part of the cage the shelter could slide around freely, because again, it doesn’t fit in the cage box it comes with. There was an open gap where the shelter just hung off the edge on the back. I was really looking forward to giving my little girl a treat, because she’s so picky about treats, but she loves hideouts.
Cozy and Easy to put together
I got this for my bunny she is about 8 pounds and she loves her cozy little hut.
Nice but....
For those who want this as a hideout for your bunny and not have the while hutch...they don't included a back end piece. That's debatable for me to return this item or not. I love everything else about it but the rear end be open to light.

Perfect Hideout
I have the larger Wabbitat upstairs and keep this smaller little house downstairs for our bunny. Very happy with the quality and cute appearance as well! Great customer service.
not for rabbits
This is not large enough for any full grown rabbit. Do NOT buy this to use as a cage for your rabbit.

Frustrating
I tried to put the top on, but the screws are too small to hold and very difficult to screw into the wood everything had markings and was easy to screw in except the rooftop. I can’t seem to get the hinges on the roof part so now I’m gonna wait and hire someone to put it together for me. All I gotta say is don’t buy this unless your good at building things or have someone to help you.
Extention!
I absolutely love this extension but putting it together was a task. (Thankfully my husband is good at putting things together) The lid opens up and it also makes the cage look a lot bigger! My bunny only goes in there to potty because I was able to fit her litter box. Overall it was a great investment!
