I called this morning and spoke to Elizabeth, who was very kind and most helpful! I received Odin’s collar this morning! I only ordered it yesterday!! And my address to quite remote, on an island in the Pacific Northwest, accessed by a ferry. I cannot believe how fast you got my package to me!! People cannot get here that fast from the mainland. You guys are the best and you always have been. I will not shop for my pet needs with any other store. As soon as we are in better financial situation, I will get back to you for all our pet needs. We have 5 dogs and 3 cats on 5 beautiful acres, all I need is a job and that will happen soon. Anyway, you are the very best resource for our pet needs and I just wanted to voice my deepest appreciation. And you hire great people who are the very best to speak to on the phone, like Elizabeth. The padding on the collar seems like a good idea, but in reality it makes it more difficult to gage how tight to set the collar. If I set it snug, on the padded sides it feels too tight, but if I move it back to the next larger setting, it seems loose enough to slip out of.
