These are great storage containers. When I bought them, I had no idea that it's vet recommended to keep dog food inside of the original packaging.. Now that I know
These are great storage containers. When I bought them, I had no idea that it's vet recommended to keep dog food inside of the original packaging.. Now that I know I put the whole bag of food into container. Bag and all. Great container, but do research on proper storage.
Extremely difficult to open and close
I wanted something more compact to store my pups food in. Opening and closing these are next to impossible. In fact, I bought two and cannot even open one of them

The one I can open I can hardly screw closed (or open really). So unfortunately I can only use one of the two I bought.

Unfortunately, the lid is just as hard to get properly sealed. I buy Purina Pro Plan dog food from you and after opening the container ants had infiltrated the food. It seemed sealed but apparently they were able to get into the container.

Works great, ample size to hold a month or more of dry food for a large dog. Air tight containers keeps food fresh, I screw the top backwards (counter clockwise)

Air tight containers keeps food fresh, I screw the top backwards (counter clockwise) till the top lines up and drops into the threads to avoid cross threading the top to the container, then rotate clockwise. Works perfectly!
