Awful service

These both jars came absolutely broken. I bought them as gifts. What can I do now. These jars absolutely unacceptable. Please replace it immediately. I made 3 orders

These both jars came absolutely broken. I bought them as gifts. What can I do now. These jars absolutely unacceptable. Please replace it immediately. I made 3 orders especially that it would not come in one box with heavy dry food package. But you guys put it together. I ordered canned food separately that it would come faster than toys and cookies. You have to replace canned food and these two Christmas jars immediately. These two jars are gifts for Christmas. Thanks

Dissatisfied with quality

They arrived fine, but I opened them and they smelled really stale, like how Ritz crackers smell after they have been in the cabinet for 3 years. Dog won't eat

They arrived fine, but I opened them and they smelled really stale, like how Ritz crackers smell after they have been in the cabinet for 3 years. Dog won't eat them. She takes them from me but I am finding them hidden all over the house. I will have to throw them away. I don't want to make her sick as I don't know what is wrong with them. A refund would be nice, or I can send them back or maybe send some fresh ones?

Funny smell/ dogs just don't like them

So this I found odd, my dogs love plan old milk bones, they also eat the halloween milk bones no issues what so ever. These had an odd smell and my dogs just not

So this I found odd, my dogs love plan old milk bones, they also eat the halloween milk bones no issues what so ever. These had an odd smell and my dogs just not interested in eating them. I like the container, it had a mild dent on the lid, but I will just reuse it next christmas for my dogs with other treats

When it comes to items like this and other treats, it's advisable to if you're going to have them all in the same box with other items, everything should be wrapped

When it comes to items like this and other treats, it's advisable to if you're going to have them all in the same box with other items, everything should be wrapped separately.And maybe like some bubble wrapping should be added to the treats.So that they're not damaged and broke all up and crumbs.All out of the tin and in the box et cetera, but other than that, everything is great
