As a rule, I love Chewy. They have always been efficient and fair. However, I wanted a personalized collar for by chocolate lab and purchased one from Chewy.
As a rule, I love Chewy. They have always been efficient and fair. However, I wanted a personalized collar for by chocolate lab and purchased one from Chewy. It was labeled GPS compatible. I didn't want the GPS component and didn't order it. When the collar came, I found out that it can't be used without the GPS component. It needs that component in order to close the collar. Very disappointing. The collar is exactly what I wanted, but it can't be used.
Light weight & easy to take on & off
Very easy to read the information on the small collar & it fits my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel perfectly. I love how easy it is to take off.

Collar had a nice color and good fit. Is light and dries quickly. Collar had name and number engraved on the buckle. Wore badly and is now mmnot legible

High cost
Wish they didn’t cost so much. They have you over a barrel because Fi doesn’t fit on other collars.

Way smaller than a Medium should be
Medium didn't fit our 35 pound dog that is usually a medium in everything. very small and not of high quality.
