is it waterproof?

While not technically waterproof, the leather collars are hand conditioned with Oakwood leather conditioner just before they are shipped out. While this leather conditioner makes the leather products water resistant, it does not make them waterproof. Mimi Green leather products will hold up great with water droplets, such as rain, but we do not recommend submerging the leather in water.

The personalized tags are easily legible and well attached. My boxers need good quality collars due to their high energy play habits, and these seem to be holding

I LOVE it. The dogs name was very legible as was the telephone number. the leather is soft and does not rub the dog's neck. I just lost a GSP to some kind of virus
