this was too heavy for my 17 pound dog

My scottish terrier has an almost 14 inch neck, so I ordered the medium per the size chart. But she is only 17 pounds, so not a large dog, just a dog with a giant

My scottish terrier has an almost 14 inch neck, so I ordered the medium per the size chart. But she is only 17 pounds, so not a large dog, just a dog with a giant neck. This collar was so thick and heavy! The metal engraved part weighs a ton. I felt bad about how heavy it was, so we ended up not using this collar. But, I did like the reflective aspect of it, and the engraving was nicely done.
