Very bad customer service
I have purchased close to $200 over $200 worth of dog collars from Mimi Green. I love them at first until I received a defective rosette. I have a gentle fearful
I have purchased close to $200 over $200 worth of dog collars from Mimi Green. I love them at first until I received a defective rosette. I have a gentle fearful rescue dog who doesn’t even know how to play. Within three weeks, the once too tight flower popped off the collar when she was just walking down the hallway it was too tight to begin with and the customer service was some of the worst I’ve ever had. They just turn it around and explain why the customer is wrong. They haven’t figured out the customer service thing yet. If you’re going to spend that kind of money on a collar, I wouldn’t do it here?

I loved the concept but sadly the printed information has started to fade already and it hasn't even been a month. I've added some lacquer to hopefully preserve
