A walk on my local trail led to a sore on my dog's paw. Having experienced issues in the past with wound healing, I tried Miracle Care R-7 Wound Care Spray. I was expecting a clear spray, so I was a little surprised to find out this liquid is orange. The product is thin and does run when sprayed, so I wouldn't try this on a potentially stainable surface. However, the color did make clean up easier because it stood out against our tile. It took a while to set/dry, so I had to keep my dog contained for longer that I would have liked, in order to avoid spreading the product to other areas in the house. The spray does have an odor, but I didn't find it overwhelming. My dog didn't lick his paw like he usually does, so I think there might be a bitter flavor that worked to prevent it. I'm not sure if the spray actually helped to heal his paw, or if it was just the lick prevention that did it. Either way, I was satisfied with the end result.

Great product

I had the chance to use this not long after receiving it, my dog had a small wound on a toe on his left hind foot. I sprayed the Miracle Care R-7 wound care spray

I had the chance to use this not long after receiving it, my dog had a small wound on a toe on his left hind foot. I sprayed the Miracle Care R-7 wound care spray on the wound just before taking him out for a walk (so he wouldn't lick it off). The color surprised me, it's kind of orangey, like iodine. It didn't seem to sting at all and even after we got back from the walk he didn't lick it so I think the spray soothed it. Without licking it, it healed up nicely and quickly!

This is perfect for our hunting dog. After long walks or long days hunting, we’re able to spray this on his paw pads if she got any minor irritations or injuries
