flimy construction and doesn't contain odor

It was maybe the second time I opened the full lid to replace the liner, the little plastic mechanism that holds the wire in place broke off. Thisalso does nothing

I was pleased at first and threw out my litter genie but I'm kind of regretting it. Two stars because aesthetically it's nice...
