My dog loves it! The outer cover is good quality and survived its first wash. The interior pillow is bunching up inside and not easily spread out evenly. After a small doggie accident, I had to spot-clean. I found that it dries pretty fast when propped in front of a fan. I'm happy she has something organic to sleep on.

Great materials, but poor durability

I was excited about this purchase, especially for its wool fill and cotton covering, which is hard to find in dog beds that are mostly made out of polyesters. But

I was excited about this purchase, especially for its wool fill and cotton covering, which is hard to find in dog beds that are mostly made out of polyesters. But I was very disappointed to see that this bed does not hold its shape over time. In a few months of using, the wool started to bunch up inside the bed not providing an even surface to sleep on and my dog was not happy about it. The color also started to fade, but that is a lesser concern than the comfort issue. I expected better for this price point and brand.

I do have to check the opening often to make sure the charge pack isn’t coming out. Overall pretty happy with it and would recommend!

I chose this pad to support American products, and businesses, and for its washability and natural fibre content. It doesn't move around, is supportive, the brown solid color works for us, the sewing and matching up is perfect. Time will tell when summer comes around if it will be too hot - I doubt it, due to the natural fibers. The price reflects these particulars. My dog just loves it and can snuggle into it, but when he leaves his crate in the morning, I have to close the door as our cat has taken quite the liking to it! In fact, she has slept on it in the daytime for many days until I put a halt to that. She has many other places to sleep! I highly endorse this pad. (And their crate covers, too.)
