These rawhide twists were a great little distraction for my dog! They have a nice firm texture that kept her busy for a long time, which I really appreciate. I also love that the packaging includes a small guide showing other treats in their lineup, it’s a cute touch and gives me ideas for different chewing options throughout the week. The resealable bag is convenient too and keeps everything fresh. My dog enjoyed the chicken flavor and had a great time working on these. Just make sure to always supervise your pup while they chew!

So, everyone knows that German shepherds are notorious for having stomach issues and digestive issues, especially as they get older. When I selected these, I was excited to get them because I’m relatively limited on actual “treats” that I can give him outside of his regular food that won’t upset his stomach. The first thing I noticed was that the ingredient label was very “clean”. I love that they’re made in America and not overseas. Even though he’s a larger shepherd, I typically give him two or three of these at a time and it still takes him about 10 or 15 minutes to finish them. I have no complaints about these whatsoever, he actually gets excited whenever I go to his “treat drawer” and he sees me bring out the bag. These are very well constructed, if you have a smaller dog, I don’t see any reason whatsoever why they wouldn’t get about 45 minutes of chew time out of these. These are a great price as well, if you’re looking for a clean dog treat that doesn’t have a bunch of unnecessary chemicals and additives in it, I highly recommend these.

They do not smell like chicken but more like rawhide. Picker eaters might be prone to wanting something with more protein. Both my dogs seem to reall enjoy them and they are both medium sized. Recommended for smaller dogs and medium sized dogs but they might not last as long with the medium sized dogs. Had to give my dogs two.

The rawhide twists were long and slim, so I felt good about giving my dogs the treat because I worry that it might be a choking hazard, but it wasn't even for my smaller dog. It was long-lasting, and they loved the chicken flavor. The bag was self sealing and came with a lot of twists. My American Eskimo, however, turned his nose up and would even try them.

Unfortunately, my yorkie does not like these and she’s not a picky snacker. She will chew for a bit, but then stop. I’m not sure if it’s the added Artificial chicken

I’m not sure if it’s the added Artificial chicken flavoring or the texture (it’s no different than other rawhide sticks) but she has yet to finish one stick. I’ll see if my friends dog would like them.

I love that they’re made without any gluten, grains, or weird preservatives! They’re the perfect size for him, and they actually keep him busy for a while (which is saying something for a poodle!) I’ve noticed his teeth look cleaner too, and his breath isn’t as bad after chewing on these. Definitely Kelso-approved! 🐩💛
Good idea but not for larger dogs
My dog doesn’t particularly care for these, and they’re not made for larger dogs. They’re gone in about 5 seconds when he does eat it. Definitely more of a bully

Definitely more of a bully stick up and these are lap expensive for what they offer. They probably would last a while for small dogs, but not at all for above a medium dog.

These are great! My 2 dogs love them and I like finding new chews (that aren’t unhealthy snacking) for them. I didn’t realize these are technically for small dogs but I guess they are- only the back of the packaging says so. My 2 dogs are 85 and 95lbs but loved them all the same.
