Great, natural and very palatable small dog chews.
This is a great value pack of 5", very thin 100% beef "raw" hide chews intended for dogs. When the box arrived, all 4 of my animals [2 dogs and 2 cats] smelled
This is a great value pack of 5", very thin 100% beef "raw" hide chews intended for dogs. When the box arrived, all 4 of my animals [2 dogs and 2 cats] smelled them and wanted to help me open the box. These are all natural with nothing added so are palatable and digestable. The pack is a good value. I didn't count how many chews are in the bag but there are tons of them. There is an insert included that has suggestions on variations of what to add to each chew to feed one per day. "Mon2Sun" means "Monday to Sunday" treats!!! I really appreciate that these are natural and digestable, however, for my dogs, they are much too small, especially for my Petite Hound [PBGV] that has a HUGE mouth and jaw, even though he's only 35#. What I found surprising is that both of my kitties each took off with a chewy. I've been trying cat chewing products with no success until these!!! I recommend these for very small dogs that will actually chew them rather than try to swallow them whole..

The packaging did not have any indication about what size dog these are most appropriate for, and I felt by 55lb and 65lb dogs were just too big to make these a safe treat. At one point my dog had the entire thing in her mouth as she was chewing, which made me uncomfortable and I had to take it about 5 or so minutes into her having it. I think these could be a great treat for small breeds, but not for anything larger than 30lbs.

Bottom line - the dogs are all about them. We have one dog who chews through a lot of toys, so tried these chewy treats to give another outlet for the chewing

They’re small, so they don’t last very long. But I’d rather the dogs eat single ingredient chew treats than plastic shreds from toys. And, most important, they’re exciting enough to get the pups to settle down with their chew for a little while.

He gets a chew to keep him busy while I am cooking dinner, and he looks forward to this routine. He has not had any problems with upset stomach. I do remove the item before it gets too soft so he does not swallow it.
Corgis were not interested
I thought this would be a perfect sized treat for my two Corgis. They usually eat anything and love chewing. For some reason they wouldn't even take the chewy

I put them in their beds thinking they would look them over and try one, but nothing. I give this two stars because I am sure other dogs would probably at least give them a try.

Great size for my small and medium dogs. These last for a while and entertain my babies for a while. I would recommend as long as you do not leave you dogs unattended

Keeps our doggy busy
Our doggy is obsessed with her mid-day snacks and enjoys these as well. Usually she is super fast eating ger treat, but this one puts her to work and takes longer

I wasn't about to get a picture because he was in his crate and it would have been too dark. He did enjoy the chews though!
