Vitamin A, Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B-1, Vitamin B-2, Vitamin B-3, Vitamin B-6, Vitamin B-12, Vitamin K, Biotin, Calcium Pantothenate, Choline Bitartrate, Folic Acid, Cobalt Chloride, Copper Gluconate, Iron Citrate, Magnesium Oxide, Manganese Sulfate, Potassium Iodide, Silicon Dioxide, Sodium Selenite, Sulfur, Zinc Sulphate

Feed to young and adult birds daily year round. Add one level teaspoon (5ml) to five quarts (1.25 Gallons, 160 ounces or 4.73 Liters) of clean drinking water. If less solution is wanted, mix 1/4 level teaspoon in 40 fluid oz. (1.18 Liter) of clean water. When using this product, discontinue using any other vitamin-containing supplement.
