Feeding Instructions
Safe for daily year-round use in all adult birds. Can be added to food OR to drinking water OR direct to crop; only use one method at a time: WATER - Mix ¼ teaspoon per ounce of clean drinking water. Change drinking water daily. FOOD - Add evenly to food daily: ⅛ teaspoon for small birds; ¼ teaspoon for medium birds; ½ teaspoon for large birds; 1 teaspoon for extra large birds.CROP - Prepare a paste by mixing 1 teaspoon of THRIVE to 1 teaspoon of clean water. The canary and Rufus the finch had access to the water also. Momma finch perked up the next day and is eating and seems much better. I don’t know what happened but she’s nearly back to her old self. The Thrive made the difference.

My 4 month old parrolet bit my finger hard and the next day he stopped eating. He would pick at food, yet was not voraciously consuming like he had been since arriving
My 4 month old parrolet bit my finger hard and the next day he stopped eating. He would pick at food, yet was not voraciously consuming like he had been since arriving from the breeder. He was losing weight and breathing rapidly. The vet we had visited for his well-bird check up declined to make an appointment for this issue saying that they don’t offer meds for a bird that small. I did some research and took a chance on this THRIVE. While the container does not show instructions for use in drinking water, Chewy has them in the product listing. Thankfully Van Gogh is now eating heartily and accepting new fruits and veg. It’s only been 48 hours since the first sip of his miracle water. I know he’s back to being himself because he’s scolding me when I leave the room.
