I had previously ordered " mrs Myers odor neutralizer in the citrus scent.. I loved the citrus scent, so figured to order the other scent they carry which was the coconut scent... Was not fond of the coconut scent, the smell wasn't even appealing to my cats , not as pleasant, I think I will switch back to the citrus scent instead on my next order..

Bottle was open and empty when it arrived

Very poorly packaged. Bottle was open, not sealed in the zipper bag, all the contents had spilled inside the box. No packing between this and the large heavy items

When I initially bought this product I was very upset. There had been an incident regarding how the bottle was packaged in a large box with no padding to stop is

When I initially bought this product I was very upset. There had been an incident regarding how the bottle was packaged in a large box with no padding to stop is from flinging around inside. It had ruptured and soaked the whole box and contents. Which might have been a nice day for the delivery people in the sense it smells so good and the very absorbent cardboard kept it together. I am grateful however that contacting Chewy's customer service email fixed my dilemma. Now I have this very nice spray instead of a nice smelling box lol. The fragrance holds up in a nice subtle way. And it has helped with deodorizing!
