Plexiglass was cut crooked

I liked the frame, however the plexiglass that covers the picture was not straight on any of four sides, and was jagged in places. I was expecting it to be nice

I liked the frame, however the plexiglass that covers the picture was not straight on any of four sides, and was jagged in places. I was expecting it to be nice and square. Also the frame was not in a box, and looked like it had been dropped, as there was a small dent in the edge of it. It did come in 2 days, so I was happy with receiving it quickly.
