How do I wash this?

We recommend that all our toys be surface washed with a wet soapy cloth or soft brush only and leave to dry. We do not recommend our toys to be washed in a washing machine or placed in a dryer as any stitching may come loose and they will become defective.

I initially got the green one as a gift and my dog absolutely loves it! I just bought another one and got the pink one (you are not allowed to pick which one you want), but she doesn't love it as much as the green. She is quite sensitive to the softness of a toy and the ease of squeaking it, and the pink one is not as soft. Furthermore, the squeaker changed and isn't as easy to activate now. Probably not an issue for most people, but for my picky dog, it is. If the squeaker isn't just right, she doesn't play with it.

Warning, Not very durable. Watch out with heavy chewers.

New anxiety toy

I ordered this product for my little Bichon havanese dog Oliver. He absolutely loves this toy that he's had less than 2 weeks. I noticed at bedtime there was white

I ordered this product for my little Bichon havanese dog Oliver. He absolutely loves this toy that he's had less than 2 weeks. I noticed at bedtime there was white stuffing pulled out of the elephant. The toy needs to be repaired or exchanged. This was purchased for Oliver because of what is inside of this toy when you squeak it it is something to calm my dog. Well he hasn't played with it that often and now it needs to be sewn back together.

Would not recommend

I was super excited about this toy, my puppy has separation anxiety and thought this would be perfect seeing how my vet recommended something with essential oils

I was super excited about this toy, my puppy has separation anxiety and thought this would be perfect seeing how my vet recommended something with essential oils. I received the package and opened the plushie and there was no smell at all, not even a little. That was the first disappointment. The second was that within a week the stitching on the inside of the ring had come undone, thankfully my pup only cares about the squeaker so I just stitched it back up but would not recommend.
