Multipet Gumby Squeaky Plush Dog Toy, Green, 24-in

This might be my rescue pup's favorite toy. My mom adopted Darby about two years ago after he had been taken from a bad situation where he was underfed, unsocialized, and kept in a small kennel. He shook the entire drive home. Everything scared him at first. We've had to work with him and teach him how to be a dog and enjoy things like playing, dog parks, car rides, and pup cups. My mom got him his first Gumby around a year ago. HE LOVED IT. The best part about the Gumby toy is that the legs are heavier than the rest of the toy. Darby liked to shake his toys. My mom kept complaining that Darby was beating her up, and I laughed until I cried the first time I got to see it. Darby - a 65 pound Golden Retriever/Chocolate Lab mix - would pick up his Gumby by the middle and shake it, sending the legs flying into my mom's legs. It was all fun and games until he did it to me. Lol. I have purchased 2 Gumby's since then. When I arrived with this one, I made the mistake of setting it under my bag when I walked in the house and Darby almost lost his mind. Unfortunately, Gumby usually only makes it about a week. This time, it lasted a few days. So... awesome toy if you want to watch your dog beat your mom. Not an awesome toy if you have a strong dog or aggressive chewer because it wont last.
