Wrong bear

I called chewy and told them the wrong bear was sent to me. They immediately sent me out a new one which was still the same type that was sent to me the first time

I called chewy and told them the wrong bear was sent to me. They immediately sent me out a new one which was still the same type that was sent to me the first time I ordered the brown grizzly bear and they sent me a white polar bear. They are not the same at all. I’m afraid to order anotherreplacement cause they’ll send me a wrong one apparently what they show online is not matching what they sent me.
