Pillow comes off

The size and how soft it is.

Too small but based on description, it should have been a good fit for my dog

Great looking but not secure

I have had two of these for a little while now, a few months. I gave one away because I wasn’t thrilled with the minimal protection. It’s soft, which is great for

I have had two of these for a little while now, a few months. I gave one away because I wasn’t thrilled with the minimal protection. It’s soft, which is great for the dog, but it needs to be thicker and possibly a little harder recently. There was a big fail though, so I’m not using the second one either, I had to swerve for a car who was not going to complete and thankfully we got out of the way and we’re not hit. However, my Yorky was in the booster in the backseat, and with the minimal give on the seatbelt, it’s slid dramatically enough at possibly 10 miles an hour that the booster slid nearly into the next seat. The tether held, but could have used a little more length to keep him safer. I think this design needs an additional over the back of the headrest stability.

Bought this carseat for a toy poodle who gets car sick. She loves it. It's easy to secure with the seatbelt and looks great.
