My Vet recently shared that my pup needs to lose 2 lbs. (currently 18 lbs, should be 16lbs) to ensure her join health, etc. as she ages. In addition to reducing her treat count (she doesn't love that part!), I've added Trim Down to her food at each meal. She gobbles it right up (she's a picky eater) and seems to be satisfied longer than usual with her current food plan. We'll be back at the Vet in 2-3 months for a weight in and I'm eager to see this how this has helped her.

Native Pet is a great company, so I was excited to try this for my dog. She is a little overweight so this was ideal to add to her meals, but she did not like it

Native Pet is a great company, so I was excited to try this for my dog. She is a little overweight so this was ideal to add to her meals, but she did not like it. The product is in a pellet style and I think she just didn't enjoy that aspect and wouldn't eat it. However, the ingredients are minimal and high quality. The instructions are easy to follow and the bag comes with a scoop so you can be sure your pet gets the needed amount. I think this would be a helpful product to help your dog reach an ideal weight based on the ingredients

I received gutwell trim down and started molly with 2 scoops for her weight which is what the package say. We used it for a week after about a week she started to get tummy upset so I back off giving her anymore. I did notice she wasn't eating like she normally does 3 times a day. So it was was working for her but I was concerned about it causing her tummy upset. So if you decide to use it maybe not go by the recommended scoops. Start with a smaller amount. That what am going to do when I give it to molly again. These look like pellets and molly didn't have trouble chewing them I would mix it with her dry food. This might be a product that you might want to try but just start with a small amount and increase slowly and watch for tummy issues. Am on the mend about if I would would purchase this product if I seen it in stores .

Moose really likes this supplement. The smell of it immediately intrigued him. When I put the supplement on top of his food, he almost immediately starts eating

Moose really likes this supplement. The smell of it immediately intrigued him. When I put the supplement on top of his food, he almost immediately starts eating and eats his whole bowl. For a dog Moose's size, roughly 100 lbs, it says to give 4 scoops a day. If the bag contains 60 scoops that means a bag this size lasts for 15 days for a dog Moose's size. Unsure about the effects "Trim down" wise. Probably too soon to judge effectiveness in that area.

We have two golden retrievers. One is extremely food motivated and will scramble to eat anything and everything. Since starting this supplement, I feel like she doesn’t go hunting for a random snack as often some days, but other days I can’t tell if there is a significant difference. She still needs to trim up a bit, but I do believe with time this will help! I do like that it is in pellet form and it comes with a scoop. We will be continuing this in the coming months!

I received this product as a sample, but have 2 dogs that weigh about 100# each. The maintenance dose is 4-5 scoops per dog & it recommends giving that for a week,

I received this product as a sample, but have 2 dogs that weigh about 100# each. The maintenance dose is 4-5 scoops per dog & it recommends giving that for a week, to start. The 60 scoop bag didn’t last a week, even giving it at just 1 meal, so I am unsure of its effectiveness. Both of my dogs goobled it up, so it must taste good to them. My Boomer is probably 15-20# overweight, and it does seem like he begs for treats a tiny bit less. However, when I looked to purchase more, I realized that it is really cost prohibitive for me & my “fixed” income. Maybe if the company packages it in larger amounts at a lower cost, I could swing it. If you have small dogs, it would be worth a try!

Diet dog food for easy digestion

Unfortunately, for my picky eater, he would not eat this food at all. I tried mixing it with his other food and he would actually pick these pieces out and toss

Unfortunately, for my picky eater, he would not eat this food at all. I tried mixing it with his other food and he would actually pick these pieces out and toss them to the side. Just did an effort to see if I could get him to eat it in any case I took away his other food he didn’t eat for a day and a half, and he still would not eat this food so unfortunately For me and my pup this wasn’t any good
