What is the dose age for a 5 lbs dog?

For a dog weighing up to 25 pounds, administer 1 pump (1/8 ounce) daily. For a dog weighing 25-50 pounds, administer 2 pumps (1/4 ounce) daily. For a dog weighing 51-75 pounds, administer 3 pumps (3/8 ounce) daily. For a dog weighing over 75 pounds, administer 4 pumps (1/2 ounce) daily.
Approximately how many pumps are in an 8oz bottle?

Each pump is equivalent to 1/8 ounce. The 8 ounce bottle contains approximately 64 pumps.
Does this contain epa and dha? My dogs surgeon recommended omega 3 oil with epa and dha for my dog’s recovery.

The 100% plant-based formula of NatrixOne is 25% ALA and while it does not contain EPA and DHA like fish oil, its combination of anti-inflammatory omega’s, phytonutrients, olive triterpenes, and gamma-tocopherols provide a more potent overall anti-inflammatory effect than fish oil. It also may be easier on the dog’s stomach than fish oils, specially post operation.

Label isn’t accurate.

We haven’t tried this yet because when the bottle came it didn’t have a pump nor does the label have the instructions like it’s shown here

My dogs love this

My dogs will literally lick the oil out of their bowls before touching their food. They love it. My puppy eats hers plain before getting her food so I know she gets it all! I always get compliments on how soft my dogs are. My previous dog that had to be put down, I noticed a huge difference in her mobility and stiffness. If I ran out and she was off the oil for a week or 2 she wouldn’t be as active and able to get up and down as well. The company makes a horse product that I’ve fed to my horses for years. I LOVE it!

Wonderful for my dogs and wonderful for the environment!

I love this supplement and so do my 13 and 7 year old Pugs. My 13 year old doesn't limp anymore and has the energy of the 7 year old. And anyone that knows Pugs, knows about shedding, but NatrixOne has cut the amount of shedding in half! As for the smell, I'm not sure what people are complaining about. It smells earthy, and 1000 times better than stinky salmon/fish oil. And I absolutely love the fact that NatrixOne is 100% plant-based and good for the environment. It's a win win!!!

I'll never know if this stuff works because it stinks (Literally)

I am not one of those grumpy gusses that always writes negative reviews. Howeva......this stuff may be good but for it to work my dog has got to eat it. It smells vile is the only way I can put it. Go ahead buy some and lemme know. Duke will eat anything if he thinks I like it but he won't touch this stuff. It smells like an oil change pit mixed with industrial funk. He ate a bowl and won't touch it and I don't blame him. Note to manufacturers: Make it at least smell good. Dogs have about 1/4 of the amount of taste buds we have, howevaaa... their sense of smell is 10 times ours. All dogs smell their food before they eat so one whiff of this "Jiff" and it's ix-snay on this rap-cray.

So far so good, and great Chewy Customer Service regarding 8-ounce without pump!

Was surprised when our order of the smaller size arrived without pump, and the awesome customer service replaced it right away... still no pump. A very nice customer service rep with Chewy, through some investigating, brought us to the realization the small size DOES NOT have a pump, only the larger 16-oz. size has the pump (even though pumps are mentioned for dosing on both bottles). They were wonderful to send me the larger size at no cost, and so far so good with it working for our Shepherd. I recommend slowly transitioning as recommended to get them to become accustomed with the taste/smell. She's eating her food more eagerly with it added now, and hopefully it will help with her dry skin and scratching. Can't say enough good things about Chewy's customer service!

Great product!

We've been using this for 2 mos now and have seen great results with our 6 year old blue heeler and 3 month heeler,border collie,shepard puppy. Both are energetic and it is great to have something they both enjoy to support their joints. We have seen dramatic changes in our 6 yr old's coat! We also add with freeze dried pumpkin,mixed with a raw feed. We changed her kibble to a higher quality brand which has also contributed (farmina N&D) to that shiny and soft coat!

Picky eater doesn't like it

Giving this 3 stars because it might be perfectly fine, but my picky eater won't touch her food once I put this on it. Going to go back to giving her a capsule hidden in some peanut butter until I find a liquid she likes.

senior dog approved

My senior puggle doesn’t mind this mixed in with her food. She seems to be a lot more loose and energetic in the morning and she’s been eating this about a week now. Will be buying this again once we run out. Really happy this is plant based too.

Aging Joints Young Again!

As my dog is aging, we noticed her starting to limp after a day of running and playing. We added NatrixOne to her diet after her vet recommended it. It has been a couple of months now, and there is no more sign of limping. The oil is keeping her aging joints and muscles young!
