Absolutely love! It’s a great update for my cat who we crate at night since he’s absolutely crazy, but he has so much room to roam. A lot bigger in person which is good! I gave it a 4, because it wasn’t as sturdy as I would have liked it when completely put together. But some zip ties on each corner and joints fixed that issue. Really easy to put together, and the wheels are pretty easy if you have a mini screw driver (one is not provided). Wheels lock in really well and glide nicely across wood floor. Oh let’s not forget, price was great compared to all the others that price up into the 300s to 400s Great for anyone fostering, or having to keep an animal separate from others!
